Internationalisation Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Internationalisation Manager to join our International Business Division (IBD) at Singapore Business Federation (SBF). This role is critical in advancing our objectives, ensuring compliance with government-funded programs, and providing high-level support to SBF management and committees.
The successful candidate will be part of the IBD team in Singapore, working closely with stakeholders to help Singapore companies Learn, Land, and Localise overseas. Key responsibilities include:
Strategic Initiative Development and Monitoring- Formulate and track initiatives to promote internationalisation for Singapore companies
- Operationalise internationalisation activities to support Singapore businesses
- Conduct data analyses and compile programme data for effective decision-making
- Assist market advisors with queries related to government programs, ensuring alignment with EnterpriseSG's requirements
- Engage with EnterpriseSG to discuss and align on initiatives and related programs
- Compile and submit quarterly KPI and cost reports to EnterpriseSG
- Conduct yearly audits of government-funded programs
- Ensure compliance on other government-funded programs secured by IBD
- Set process flows for reporting requirements and monitor business missions to ensure timely disbursement of fundings
- Work with the Finance department to match and maintain IBD's internal accounting, ensuring accountability of overall funding costs and expense budgeting
- Serve as secretariat for the Internationalisation Action Committee and GlobalConnect committees, managing quarterly meetings and tracking progress
- Develop and implement an annual workplan based on committee inputs
- Perform secretariat role for committee meetings, tracking discussion progress
- Manage professional secretariat support for senior stakeholders in the committee
- Mid-term and full-year corporate KPI reporting
- Quarterly management reporting
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree or diploma in any discipline, with a strong background in accounting and/or data mapping and analysis. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivation, a positive attitude, and excellent work ethic are also required.
