Senior Investment Leader
We are seeking an experienced investment professional to lead our investment strategy and drive growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of deal leadership and board participation, with a deep understanding of sector-specific investment theses and pipeline building.

  • Develop and execute investment strategies that align with our firm's impact investing goals.
  • Lead due diligence, financial modeling, and deal structuring processes.
  • Prioritize and manage a portfolio of investments, ensuring optimal returns and value creation.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to institutional knowledge development.

Requirements

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, or investment banking.
  • Strong academic background with a degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
  • CFA or MBA qualifications are advantageous.
