Job Title: Senior Manufacturing Specialist

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced manufacturing professional to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process development, quality control, and production planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective manufacturing procedures and processes to ensure high-quality products and efficient production lines.
  • Design, develop, and maintain complex manufacturing systems, including tooling, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues, improve productivity, and optimize manufacturing operations.
  • Analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth and profitability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline (Aerospace, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Materials).
  • At least 5 years of experience in relevant skills, industry (precision manufacturing, aerospace related industry).
  • Demonstrate high-level attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and other relevant software applications.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with metrology standards and equipment.
  • Familiarity with CAD design software.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and lead projects from conception to completion.
