Job Title

A Senior Professional is required to oversee the implementation of cybersecurity training and competency development programs.

  • The selected candidate will be responsible for driving industry-based cybersecurity training and competency development programs in accordance with the Cybersecurity Competency Framework and other relevant competency standards.
  • They will engage government and external stakeholders to drive initiatives such as professional standards, skills development frameworks, and best-in-class certifications for competency development and career pathways.
  • The ideal candidate will collaborate with local and overseas partners to implement Operational Technology (OT) Cybersecurity Masterplans, including the adoption of OT cybersecurity competency frameworks, contextualising relevant courses, and collaborating with international partners.
  • They will also support workforce analysis and talent attraction and development to fulfill the role as the Functional Leader in cybersecurity within the public sector.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience with relevant tertiary qualification(s) in cybersecurity, computer science, engineering, or business development.
  • Cybersecurity technical certifications (e.g. CISSP, OSCP, CCNP, CISA, Cloud certifications) would be preferred.
  • Experience/certification in cybersecurity training, curriculum design, and skills/competency development will be advantageous.
  • Track record in analyzing information, formulating strategies, conceptualizing initiatives, and driving actions. Experience in projects involving private and public stakeholders will be advantageous.
