Job Description

We are seeking a talented Visual Content Creator to join our marketing team and produce engaging video content elevate our brand and resonate with our audience.

  • Understand and study creative briefs and their requirements
  • Plan, shoot and edit high quality video content for multiple platforms, including social media, websites and online/offline advertising
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video concepts that highlight product benefits, customer testimonials, educational content, and brand stories
  • Create product demonstration videos, customer testimonials, event recaps, and behind-the-scenes content
  • Develop storyboards and visual concepts for video projects that align with the marketing strategy
  • Handle video production from start to finish (storyboarding, scripting, shot lists, shooting, lighting, sound, editing, colour grading, sound mixing)
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and video production techniques to bring fresh ideas to the table
  • Ensure brand consistency across all visual content, following style guides and ensuring compliance with industry regulations
  • Think and develop creative concepts that help align brand with modern time
  • Optimize video content for various platforms, adjusting formats and aspect ratios for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, etc.
  • Manage and maintain video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear
  • Other administrative duties and special tasks and projects as assigned
Key Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • At least 2 years of videography experience
  • Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
  • Experience with various camera equipment, lighting, and sound setups
  • Strong portfolio of previous work, including product videos, testimonials, and promotional content
  • Creative thinker with the ability to transform ideas into visually appealing videos
  • Experience with social media content creation and knowledge of platform-specific video formats
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience in graphic design, photography skills, and motion graphics/animation are a plus
  • Fluent in English & Chinese (to manage Chinese social media platforms)
  • A team player who can collaborate easily across various departments but also work independently
Salary Package and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect:

  • Basic ($3200 to $3800 depending on skills and working experiences) + Incentives
