Job Title: Educational Specialist

Are you a passionate and dedicated professional looking for a challenging role in education? We are seeking an experienced Educational Specialist to join our team.

We offer a unique opportunity to work with children with learning difficulties/disabilities, providing individualized support and interventions to help them reach their full potential. As an Educational Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and delivering English and Math lessons to children aged 5-12, as well as conducting group intervention programs and activities tailored to their specific needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement personalized lesson plans to meet the diverse needs of children with learning difficulties/disabilities.
  • Collaborate with parents and caregivers to execute effective intervention strategies and provide ongoing support.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field; Advanced Diploma preferred.
  • Proven experience in specialized intervention methods, such as Orton-Gillingham, Jolly Phonics, or visual processing training.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
