Oracle Exadata Database Administrator

The role requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage the technical aspects of database infrastructure, ensuring high availability and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Provide day-to-day support for database-related issues, incidents, and requests for changes (RFCs).
  • Service Improvement: Propose improvements to Oracle/EBS services across the organization, aligning with business objectives.
  • Database Infrastructure Management: Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of database system infrastructure, adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Process Implementation: Implement policies based on Lean best practices, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Critical Issue Resolution: Engage in high-severity issue resolution, driving outcomes and ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Tech Knowledge Sharing: Provide technical knowledge and support to team members, promoting a culture of collaboration and shared expertise.
  • Technology Evaluation: Review new technologies and trends, evaluating their potential incorporation into our systems.
