Your Role

We are seeking a Digital Architecture Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of BIM technologies and methodologies, including advanced modeling techniques, clash detection, and data management.

Requirements

  • \
  • A bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is usually required.\
  • Advanced degrees (e.g., Master's in Architecture, Engineering Management) or specialized certifications in BIM, project management, or related areas (such as PMP, LEED) can enhance qualifications.\
  • 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in BIM management or leadership roles, particularly in large-scale, complex projects.\
  • Significant experience in developing and executing BIM strategies and policies at an organizational level.\
  • A strong portfolio of completed projects that demonstrate successful BIM implementation and management.\
  • In-depth knowledge of BIM technologies and methodologies, including advanced modeling techniques, clash detection, and data management.\
  • Proven leadership experience in managing diverse teams, including BIM professionals, architects, engineers, and consultants.\
  • Experience in mentoring and developing staff to enhance their BIM capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement.\
  • $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.\\[
