Job Title: Digital Solutions Professional

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the delivery of cutting-edge digital solutions. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of technology and exceptional influencing skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Apply strategic thinking and analytical skills to assess current state gaps and challenges.
  • Work closely with project teams to create user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
  • Evaluate and recommend suitable technologies for internet and mobile solutions.
  • Select appropriate development methodologies (Agile or Waterfall) for various environments.
  • Ensure seamless deployment, adoption, and operations of systems or products.
  • Analyze impacts of requested changes and propose improvements.
  • Collaborate with support teams to address technical issues during the Operations & Maintenance phase.
  • Continuously identify new digital transformation opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in IT business analysis, application solution design, and testing.
  • Experience in at least one full software/product development cycle, preferably using Agile methodology.
  • Possess understanding of UX design, web functions, standards, and web application development principles.
