Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager
At the heart of our restaurant's success lies a seasoned leader who can drive exceptional service and maintain operational standards. We are seeking a charismatic individual to oversee the operations of our esteemed establishment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a high-performing team to deliver outstanding customer experiences and meet operational goals.
- Monitor and address issues promptly, ensuring seamless customer interactions.
- Drive continuous improvement through guest feedback and internal reviews.
- Coordinate closely with other departments for seamless service delivery.
- Plan staff schedules and manage resources effectively.
- Ensure team compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and service standards.
- Collaborate on menu planning and service strategy with the Food and Beverage (F&B) Manager and Executive Chef.
- Promote restaurant offerings and implement guest and team incentives to boost revenue.
- Monitor departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Profit and Loss (P&L) performance, reporting to the F&B Manager.
- Control costs while maintaining high standards in service and cleanliness.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years' experience in senior leadership roles within high-end or fine dining establishments.
- Previous experience in Michelin-starred restaurants is highly preferred and will be considered a strong advantage.
- Strong business acumen and proven track record in revenue and cost management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead and inspire teams.
- Deep passion for food, service, and hospitality with knowledge of the latest culinary and service trends.
