This role will provide a delightful consumer experience and treat customers as guests.

Responsibilities
  • Excite and instill passion and pride for the brand
  • Embody the brand image for customers and the store team, with a strong understanding of the brand DNA
  • Lead by example and demonstrate role model behavior that is always representative of the brand, adhering to dress codes and appearance guidelines
  • Enhance customer service standards in-store to ensure the best client journey
  • Welcome all clients to ensure they feel comfortable and educate them about the brand
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Introduce additional complementary products targeted to clients and share product knowledge to drive sales and achieve targets
  • Process sales confidently and professionally
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in luxury or high fashion sales
  • Possession of passion for fashion and sales
  • Dedication to achieving and exceeding targets while focusing on client needs and experience
  • Excellent personal presentation
  • Understanding of retail critical metrics
  • Proficiency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus
