The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient allocation of tow trucks to real-time and pre-scheduled jobs, as well as monitoring and recording staff fleet performance, attendance, and discipline.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assign and manage fleet resources to meet operational demands.
  2. Oversee the performance of tow drivers and lorry drivers, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  3. Monitor and record staff attendance, discipline, and performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to meet daily, weekly, and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with staff and management. A strong background in fleet management, transportation, and incident management is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with incident management tools are also required.
