Job Title: Identity Access Security Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Information Security professional to manage and support identity and access management solutions.

This position is responsible for ensuring secure access to systems and applications, maintaining compliance, and contributing to the improvement of the overall IT security posture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems.
  • Manage user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews.
  • Configure and support authentication (e.g., MFA, SSO) and authorization mechanisms.
  • Work with security policies, standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Investigate and resolve IAM-related incidents and requests.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and security teams.
Requirements
  • Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience with IAM tools (e.g., Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta).
  • Basic knowledge of IT security principles and network/infrastructure security.
  • Familiarity with role-based access control (RBAC) and least privilege principles.
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Desirable Qualifications
  • CISSP, CEH, CISM, or similar certifications.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and Agile methodologies.
