Job Overview

This is a challenging role for an experienced IAM consultant who can drive the implementation of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IAM technologies, including SAML, OIDC, SCIM, Active Directory, and others. They will also be skilled in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, and Java.


Responsibilities
  • Engage with partners and customers to assess Identity Security requirements.
  • Articulate the value proposition of IAM solutions through various means, such as whiteboarding, presentations, and demonstrations.
  • Understand and distil business and technical requirements, and review proposed designs and implement IAM solutions.
  • Develop working proficiency in vendor-agnostic and product-specific certifications through self-directed and formal training.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert within the team and contribute to the technical growth of the team's overall competency.

Requirements
  • A recognised university degree or diploma in Information Security/Information Technology/Computer Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least one year of experience in IAM consulting or implementation, or in a similar discipline.
  • Experience with working on at least one of the following solutions: Microsoft Active Directory, SailPoint IdentityIQ, OpenText NetIQ, CyberArk Identity, Elementary scripting skills, including proficiency in PowerShell, Python, and/or Java.
  • Understanding of underlying technologies used in IAM, e.g., SAML, OIDC, SCIM, Active Directory, etc.
  • Experience with working on other IAM solutions, e.g., Okta, Ping Identity, Saviynt, Delinea, etc.
  • Certifications, e.g., ISC2 CISSP, SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ/IdentityNow/ISC Engineer, Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator Associate.
