Professional CAD Designer

We are seeking an experienced CAD designer to work with our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent design skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Prepare 2D/3D perspectives or sketches.
  • Design and prepare detailed drawings, design development and construction documents and projects oversight.
  • Make adjustments to drawings according to feedback from engineers or architects.
  • Responsible for rendered plans and section elevations, translating concept designs into working documents for all phases of the process.
  • Technical and product research & review with design team.
  • Attend meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors and ensure the design intent is met.

Required Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or Interior Design or Architecture.
  • Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, Vector software (Corel Draw or Adobe Illustrator), Photoshop, Sketchup or MS Office.
  • Good knowledge of drawing preparation & organization; familiar with furniture/fabrics/lighting elements, construction materials, details methods & standards.
  • Experience in commercial and residential design work projects will be an advantage.
  • Able to converse with English speaking clients, contractors and vendors to complete projects effectively.
  • Local working experience needed.
