Guest Service Executive

Job Description:

  • Delivering Exceptional Service: The Guest Service Executive is the first point of contact for guests, setting the tone for their overall experience. They must be able to create a welcoming atmosphere, anticipate and meet guest needs, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Order Management: In this critical role, the Guest Service Executive is responsible for taking orders, managing order fulfillment, and ensuring that all food and beverage items are delivered to the highest standard.
  • Guest Support: Providing seamless support to guests throughout their dining experience is key to success in this position. This includes addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and offering tailored solutions to enhance the guest experience.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: As part of a dynamic team, the Guest Service Executive will work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
