- Manage corporate insurance reviews.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CPA or ACCA is required.
- At least 12 years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role within the manufacturing sector or multinational environments.
- Proven ability to lead and develop finance teams across diverse geographies.
- Strong experience working in regional roles and collaborating with cross-border, multicultural teams.
- Experience with ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to various stakeholders.
