Operational Administrator

The Building and Construction Authority (BCA) champions the development of a future-ready built environment for Singapore. As an Administrative Executive in the Corporate Administration Department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office and organization.
Job Scope:Your responsibilities will encompass various administrative tasks, including transportation management for staff and guests, ad-hoc courier services, managing daily courier services between different office locations, conducting stock takes, procurement of items, overseeing stationery top-ups, and supervising the document collection and shredding process at vendor premises.
You will also be tasked with managing corporate vehicles, coordinating with vendors to oversee vehicle servicing, addressing any issues related to corporate vehicles such as petrol cards, and assisting in facilities management duties like arranging meeting venues, reporting office faults, and maintaining pantry equipment cleanliness and functionality.
Requirements:- A diploma or ITE in business administration, facilities management, or a related field would be beneficial, along with qualifications in logistics and transportation management.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in corporate administration, facilities management, and transportation logistics would be well-equipped to handle this position's diverse responsibilities.
- Possess a valid Class 3 driver's license with a clean driving record and safe driving habits.
- Demonstrate professionalism, clear communication skills, good customer service skills, responsibility, punctuality, proactivity, and reliability.
Estimated salary: SGD $35,000 - SGD $45,000 per annum.
