About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Treasury Relationship Manager to join our team at RHB Singapore. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a network of financial institution relationships that are instrumental to revenue generation and expense controls.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Relationship Management
  • Collaborate with Group FI to manage a network of financial institution relationships that drive revenue growth and expense optimization.
  • Maintain regular communication with financial institutions and non-bank financial institutions to discuss products, business opportunities, and dealing lines/relationships.
  • Liaise with GFI to review and increase counterparty bank lines for Singapore.
Cross-Selling and Revenue Growth
  • Cross-sell existing Treasury/FI products to generate and increase revenue.
  • Assist with bank's NCD program and eMTN issuances and other funding sources.
  • Support the Department/Division Head in delivering banking services to meet the Department/Division's revenue targets.
Financial Institution Support and Advisory
  • Provide support and advisory services to Treasury and Branch on queries related to international FI business.
  • Provide FI solutions and support from agent banks for their international payment, trade, and treasury support requirements.
Customer and Client Coverage
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with correspondent banks/NBFIs to enhance service delivery for Treasury.
  • Develop and maintain strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Negotiate with correspondent banks on matters related to services fees and pricing, as well as seek solutions to finalize new/potential business transactions.
Requirements
  • A tertiary diploma/degree from a reputable tertiary institution.
  • 2-5 years of relevant Treasury or FI RMs experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Independent, resourceful, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Computer literate.
