About the Role:

This position involves driving regional workplace initiatives, defining project needs, and ensuring offices provide space for innovation, collaboration, and productivity.

You will work closely with Portfolio Planners, Project Managers, and Workplace Operations teams to define space requirements for new projects. This will involve interpreting and applying design guidelines in collaboration with Architects.

Your expertise as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on design functionality for regional workplace projects will be invaluable in this role.

Evaluate Workplace Settings:

You will assess new office setups within the region, ensuring alignment with global standards. You will also champion and implement innovative workplace solutions tailored to APAC employees' diverse needs.

  • Subject matter expert on design functionality for regional workplace projects.
  • Define space requirements for new projects, collaborating with Portfolio Planners, Project Managers, and Workplace Operations teams.
  • Work with Architects to interpret and apply design guidelines.
  • Support Workplace Operations with business interactions when needed.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • 6-10 years of experience in corporate workplace strategy, design, project management, or a related field, with EMEA/APAC market experience in a global organization.
  • Direct experience managing workplace projects or strategy in multiple APAC markets.
  • Proficiency in change management tools and principles.
