This is a senior role that involves managing the housekeeping operations in a serviced residence.

Job Description

As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for leading the team to create a pleasant and lasting atmosphere that enables residents' satisfaction. You will work together with other departments and report to the Manager, Housekeeping.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the smooth operations of the department, including delegating tasks, communicating goals, and scheduling employees to ensure full coverage.
  • Review and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and corporate standards to ensure the department adheres to them.
  • Evaluate employee performance and work with the Human Resource Team to provide staffing recommendations.
  • Promote teamwork and quality service within the team and coordinate with other departments.
  • Manage expenses and prepare the annual departmental operating budget.
