Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Operations Manager to lead our housekeeping team and create a pleasant atmosphere for residents. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our organization and take on a challenging role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the smooth operations of the housekeeping department, including delegating tasks, communicating goals, and scheduling employees. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the housekeeping operations team, including delegating tasks and scheduling employees
  • Review and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company guidelines
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs and company guidelines
  • Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback
  • Oversee inventory control and ensure employees have necessary supplies and equipment
  • Assume other responsibilities as designated by the Manager, Housekeeping
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in housekeeping management or a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of standard operating procedures and company guidelines
