About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director, Network & Security Infrastructure to join our team at Singtel. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for architecting, building, and operating a modern, effective, and efficient network infrastructure services to support our business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement long-term, mid-term, and short-term strategic plans for our network infrastructure systems, aligning with the latest technologies and industry trends.
  • Solution Design & Implementation: Lead the Solution Design & Implementation Team, responsible for network system architecture design, project delivery, network security design, and project delivery.
  • Network Operations Support: Provide network operations support to Singtel Group, including network operations support, network connectivity from on-prem to hybrid multi-cloud, firewall operations support, load balancer operations support, VPN operations support, and network security operations support.
  • Drive Network Transformation: Implement and support SDN and SDWAN, active-active data center with GSLB, next-generation firewall & load balancer, NAC solution for all network-connected locations, zero-trust network, and micro-segmentation.
  • People Management: Lead and manage a team of network professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and talent growth.
  • Technical Skills: Possess strong technical skills in TCP/IP, IPv4, IPv6, routers, switches, wireless management, VPN, VLAN, VPLS, MPLS, interworking OSPF, EIGRP, IGRP, RIP, BGP, IPSec, GRE/L2TP tunnel, NAT, DNS, NAC, IPAM, SDN, SDWAN, and cloud connectivity.
Requirements
  • Education: IT/Engineering-related degree or equivalent.
  • Certifications: Network and security-related certifications.
  • Experience: At least 15 years of experience in managing network operations in an enterprise-level environment with multiple locations.
