Senior Regional PMO

The role of Senior Regional PMO is a strategic position within the finance team, responsible for driving operational excellence and process improvement initiatives across regions.

This role will work closely with senior finance leadership to manage key deliverables, reduce friction between teams, improve visibility, and enhance decision-making processes.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, organized operator, and cross-functional problem solver with a track record of making complex things simpler and more effective.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with CFO and senior finance leadership to drive regional finance projects focused on process improvement, reporting efficiency, and operational excellence.
  • Lead and manage initiatives such as month-end/quarter-end process optimization, budgeting & forecasting cycles, and internal policy rollouts.
  • Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies and help design and implement solutions that reduce manual work and improve turnaround times.
  • Support finance transformation initiatives, such as documentation improvements, dashboard/report development, or light-touch system/process enhancements.
  • Prepare status updates, track KPIs, and ensure timely reporting to senior stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.
  • 8–12 years of relevant experience in project management, finance operations, or business partnering and planning, ideally in financial services, fintech, or a regional corporate environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of financial processes, internal controls, and regulatory requirements in key markets (e.g., MAS, ASIC, FCA, or equivalent).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Chinese, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
