We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Specialist to perform routine maintenance tasks.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical, mechanical, or building maintenance, with excellent analytical skills and the ability to work independently. Proficiency in MS Office is an added advantage.

In addition to technical skills, we are looking for someone who is a good team player, hardworking, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the engineer and team to monitor and record facilities equipment performance.
  • Troubleshoot and repair facilities equipment breakdowns.
  • Ensure efficient use of utilities resources.
  • Perform building maintenance.
  • Support the engineer and team in maintaining proper documentation.
  • Comply with ISO standards.
Requirements:
  • Minimum NTC2 or NITEC in Electrical / Mechanical / Building maintenance.
  • Good knowledge of air-conditioning, mechanical, electrical, and building maintenance.
  • Strong analytical skill in troubleshooting.
  • Proficient in MS office.
  • Able to work in a cleanroom environment.
