Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to oversee daily facilities maintenance operations. This role involves managing ACMV, chiller, HVAC, and mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with applicable regulations.

The ideal candidate will perform routine inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues promptly. Troubleshooting and diagnosing system malfunctions, coordinating timely resolutions with internal teams and external contractors is also part of the responsibilities.

Analyze data from building management systems to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and cost reduction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and implement facility upgrades, renovations, and new construction projects.

Ensure all facility operations comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations. Provide training and support to facility staff to enhance technical skills and operational knowledge.
