Full Stack Software Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining our core operational platform.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-stack software development, with experience in delivering complex technical projects. You should be proficient in modern front-end frameworks, such as React or Vue, and have expertise in building complex, data-driven User Interfaces.

In addition to your technical skills, you should possess excellent business acumen and product thinking abilities. You should be able to effectively translate business requirements into technical solutions and have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will work closely with our data engineering team to design and implement systems that leverage user data for refined segmentation and targeting. You will also ensure smooth API integration with our application backend to guarantee reliable execution of operational instructions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable and secure APIs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex technical projects
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Develop and maintain robust and scalable software systems

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field)
  • At least 3 years of experience in full stack software development
  • Excellent business acumen and product thinking abilities
  • Experience in effectively translating business requirements into technical solutions
  • Proficient in modern front-end frameworks (such as React or Vue)
  • Strong back-end development experience (e.g., using Python, Go, or Java)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in designing, building, and maintaining robust and scalable APIs
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills with proven track record to drive complex discussions with both tech and non-tech stakeholders
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
