This role requires a deep understanding of semiconductor physics and device physics, integrated circuit manufacturing, and relevant knowledge reserves in microelectronics, physics, chemistry, materials science, or electrical engineering.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree or above, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in thin film process R&D and mass production in a 12-inch integrated circuit foundry. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing thin film technology, ensuring the stability of thin film technology, and troubleshooting abnormal conditions of thin film process equipment.

Excellent problem-solving skills, hands-on ability to actively solve process and equipment problems, and strong communication and coordination skills are essential for success in this role.
