Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our team in Singapore as part of our Sales function. As a Delegate Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering strategic volume and value delegate targets for Money20/20 Asia 2025.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve personal volume and revenue targets via outreach to prospective delegates
- Accurately process orders into our delegate & finance system, following up on outstanding payments and facilitating ease of payment as required
- Create reports, charts and tables that demonstrate activity & progress on a weekly basis
- Accurately record the status of conversations with clients and potential clients so we gain greater understanding of the reasons for attendance and non-attendance
- Be an expert in all elements of Money20/20 so delegates have a clear picture of the show look & feel
- Be an expert in all the Money20/20 products, ensuring queries & sales leads can be passed to the correct teams for effective follow up
- Provide excellent post-purchase customer service, liaising with our Customer Experience team to ensure that the delegate experience post purchase is smooth and seamless between point of purchase and arriving in Bangkok
- Be an advocate and ally for diversity, equity and inclusion
- Experience in a sales or a sales focused customer facing environment with evidence of demonstrable success and growth necessary
- Interest and/or experience in the tech, finance and event industries
- Strong customer service ethic, desire to go the extra mile to surpass client expectations
- Strong communication skills, both for writing and presenting to senior-level executives
- Good research skills
- History of using Salesforce
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office
