Job Description:

As a Research Fellow, you will contribute to our dynamic and growing team focused on the fabrication of large-area perovskite devices with various functionalities. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Development of fabrication processes, material characterization and reliability testing capabilities for perovskite devices.
  • Testing of new halide perovskite compositions.
  • Conceptualizing and realizing new device configurations with enhanced stability and reproducibility.
  • Designing and testing perovskite devices in various sizes.
  • Report writing and results presentation.
  • Maintaining research records for possible publication in peer-review journals and conference proceedings.
  • Collaborating with internal colleagues and external collaborators in short-term and long-term research projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have a PhD in Materials Science, Chemistry or related fields with in-depth knowledge of materials, device physics and processing. Previous experience in halide perovskites and large-area fabrication processes (slot-die coating) is highly desirable. You should also possess expertise in materials and device characterization techniques, as well as good skills in time management, experiment design and data analysis. Good English language skills (oral and written) for research purposes and good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
