As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the commercial activities of our Chief Investment Office (CIO) team, which focuses on capital raising, fund management, investments, and research. You will work closely with our Global Fund Management and Capital teams, as well as other departments such as Operations, IT, Finance, and Marketing/Communications.

To succeed in this role, you should have strong analytical skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure against deadlines. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed track records for internal and external use, and preparing and presenting insights effectively using data visualization tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed track records for internal and external use
  • Prepare and present insights effectively using data visualization tools
  • Analyze and report business outcomes and targets to various stakeholders
  • Work closely with the Global Fund Management and Capital teams, as well as other departments
  • Coordinate and manage non-commercial projects and processes within the CIO team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a real estate investment manager, investment bank, or private equity fund manager
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with AI tools and basic coding experience preferred
