Meat Production Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Meat Cutter to join our team. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for preparing and packing high-quality cuts of meats according to customer specifications using company standards and adhering to all safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and pack high-quality cuts of meats according to customer specifications
- Operate meat processing equipment safely and efficiently
- Pack, trim, and customize portions of meat products using knives or other meat production equipment
- Count and stack portions on trays according to customer and company specifications
- Label portions with supplied product labels
- Set up packing and labeling areas as required
- Perform end-of-day functions
- Maintain and merchandise partial carts
- Keep the cutting room and surrounding area clean and sanitized
- Follow company GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) to maintain sanitary conditions
- Work continually in a refrigerated environment (-18 °C – 10 °C)
Requirements:
- Must be physically fit (able to lift cartons weighing 10-20kg)
- Able to handle meat processing equipment safely
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
