Job Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with customers and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery and shipment of products.
  • Collaborate with freight and media companies to facilitate logistics and communication.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the superior.
  • Provide excellent customer service and attend to walk-in clients.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in administrative or relevant roles.
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
