Responsibilities:
- To assist senior staff members in various administrative tasks.
- Prepare and manage tax invoices, purchase orders, and monthly inventory reports.
- Liaise with customers and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery and shipment of products.
- Collaborate with freight and media companies to facilitate logistics and communication.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the superior.
- Provide excellent customer service and attend to walk-in clients.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in administrative or relevant roles.
- Familiarity with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and procedures.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
