About this Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to guide adult learners in achieving their career goals by matching them with suitable programs. As a senior course consultant, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless enrolment experience for prospective students.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead conversion and engagement by following up with course enquiries via phone, email, or in-person interactions, building trust, and rapport to understand learners' career aspirations.
  • Achieve enrolment goals by effectively promoting our programs, meeting and exceeding monthly targets, and delivering engaging consultations that articulate the value, outcomes, and structure of our courses.
  • Provide application and enrolment support by assisting prospective students with the application process, from document submission to enrolment.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment, providing expert guidance and advice to students, and contributing to the development of new programs and services. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about education and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
