Worship Arts Leader

Inspire the church to worship God through the use of music and appropriate forms of worship arts, while edifying Christians to evangelise the world.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the planning process for worship services with the pastoral team, aligning with the church's mission and vision.
  • Develop worship plans and liturgies in collaboration with the pastoral team, establishing standards for church worship activities.
  • Support, lead and guide the worship team in every Sunday production and major corporate programs.
  • Collaborate with the media team to incorporate music, technical arts and creative elements into contemporary worship services.
  • Work with other ministry heads to create opportunities for participation in worship leading.
  • Develop and train creative teams, and provide internship opportunities for nurturing members.
  • E nsure copyright compliance and subscription of necessary resources for worship services.
Qualifications
  • Degree in any discipline with 8-10 years of spiritual leadership experience in music and worship arts. Preferably hold theological qualifications.

  • A self-disciplined, motivated individual who strives for excellence in ministry.
