Key Responsibilities
  • Safety Management: Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Vessel Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our vessels, including maintenance, repairs, and dry-docking.
  • Leadership: Lead and manage a team of senior officers and crew members, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful operation of our vessels.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze vessel performance data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and submit regular reports to management and clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Recognized engineering or naval architecture qualification and/or relevant experience at sea.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and interact with people at all levels.
  • Planning and Organizational Skills: Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions to problems.
  • Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of vessel operations, maintenance, and repair, as well as regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
