We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager - Cleaning Services to join our team at Trinity Cleanz Services.
About the Role- This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to take on a challenging role in managing our cleaning services operations.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations flow across all sites, maintaining good relationships with clients, and adhering to any adhoc jobs required by the company.
- Site Management: Ensure all timesheets for all commercial sites are filled, and site SOPs are met accordingly to client requirements.
- Scheduling and Planning: Draft out timetables and duties for individual site cleaners to adhere to, and plan, execute, and implement new SOPs to ensure cleaners follow established protocols.
- Customer Satisfaction: Conduct bi-annual site visit meetings with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Inventory Management: Ensure all stocks for necessities are replenished at all times.
- Ad-hoc Jobs: Assist with any additional tasks or projects as required by the company.
- A minimum of [£45,000] per annum based on experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with service management principles and practices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
