We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer with expertise in computer vision and automation to join our team.
About the Role- This is a permanent position that offers a competitive salary package and opportunities for growth and development.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in programming languages such as C++ and familiarity with visual inspection and computer vision are essential skills.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and implement software solutions for automated computer vision equipment, contributing to all phases of the software development life cycle.
- Research, design, and develop advanced image processing and computer vision algorithms for defect detection, classification, and feature extraction in automated inspection systems.
- Develop user-friendly graphical user interfaces (GUIs) and manage large datasets, ensuring efficient data processing and visualization.
- Implement multi-threaded and parallel processing techniques to optimize performance for real-time inspection systems.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including hardware, optics, and application specialists, to ensure seamless system integration and achieve project goals.
- Conduct comprehensive testing, validation, and performance analysis of computer vision software and algorithms to ensure system reliability and accuracy.
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for software modules, algorithms, and processes to support future development and troubleshooting.
- Minimum Degree in engineering discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge on automated computer vision equipment & automatic image procession would be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in programming within the Visual Studio Development Environment. Strong command of C++ programming.
- Extensive knowledge in vision inspection, computer vision, and image processing.
- Familiarity with C# programming is beneficial.
- Experience with Deep Learning (AI) for defect classification is highly advantageous.
