Health Attendant
The Health Attendant will maintain general cleanliness of the pharmacy premise, provide assistance to operational supervisors, and support pharmacy operations in pre-packing medications.
Key Responsibilities:- Clean pharmacy counters, tables, cashier counters, display shelves daily.
- Perform general housekeeping activities in the pharmacy.
- Maintain general tidiness and cleanliness of the pharmacy area and waiting area.
- Ensure dispensing consumables are topped up at the dispensing counters daily.
- Replenish brochures/pamphlets at the waiting area.
- Assist to receive goods delivered by vendors to ensure they are in good condition.
- Maintain a high and accurate standard in pre-packing of tablets/capsules and lotions.
- Monitor stock levels of pre-packed medications and assist in planning of pre-packing schedule.
- Responsible for repackaging and barcoding of medications and assist storekeepers to ensure proper storage of medications and packing materials.
- Clean equipment including refrigerators.
- Monitor the cleaning works of ISS team.
- Assist in waste disposal of pharmaceuticals.
- Minimum PSLE Qualification.
- Able to converse in simple English.
- Computer literate preferred.
- Good team player, self-motivated and service-oriented.
