  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Medication Dispensing: Dispense medications accurately and efficiently, adhering to established standards and guidelines.
  • Patient Counselling: Provide comprehensive medication counselling and handle basic prescription interventions.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee drug inventory, including stock replenishment, stock counts, and inventory checks.
  • Leadership Development: Supervise and train new Pharmacy Technicians and Assistants, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Operational Support: Assist Pharmacists with projects and tasks, ensuring seamless operational execution.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or Equivalent: A Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or equivalent qualification is essential.
  • Certified Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPTC): Possession of a Certified Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPTC) is mandatory.
  • Effective Communication Skills: Excellent patient relation and communication skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • Teamwork and Motivation: Good team player and self-motivated individuals are preferred, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
