This role will lead our People Operations and Talent Acquisition teams, covering employee life cycles for our headquarters in Hong Kong.
Closely collaborating with the Director of People, who oversees people operations outside HKSAR.
Main Accountabilities:
- Responsible for managing, planning, and executing the full spectrum of People functions.
- Effective leadership, management, and team building for a collaborative functional team.
Contribution to corporate-wide people policies, procedures, systems, and initiatives.
Supporting the VP People in providing strategic business partnership and building a strong people vision.
Development of a strong people vision for Functional teams and creating cross-team partnerships to deliver on that vision.
Necessary Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of HR and management experience, preferably in a high-growth environment.
- Exposure in business/operations, on top of HR, is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to engage with all levels of the organisation.
