Job Title: Architectural Manager

This is a managerial role that oversees the architectural project teams. As an Architectural Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing project teams by outlining tasks, reviewing technical accuracy, and ensuring timely completion.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Attend technical meetings to provide solutions and ensure alignment with project goals.
  2. Manage project teams to meet deadlines and deliverables.
  3. Coordinate with structural and M&E teams to ensure final designs meet requirements.
  4. Inform Project Manager/Construction Manager of any technical/site problems.
  5. Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management, clients, and stakeholders.

Requirements:Qualifications:
  • Must possess a qualification from the list of universities recognized by BCA and Board of Architects.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Architectural coordination works.
  • Conversant with local codes and authority submissions.
  • Must be computer literate and knowledgeable in software such as Revit, AutoCad, Sketch-up.
Skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Committed and responsible towards job.
  • Able to take ownership and work proactively.
  • Strong leadership, coaching skills, and organizing abilities.
Work Environment:
  • 5.5 work days.
  • Office: Neythal Road.
