We are seeking a skilled Food Service Associate to join our team at Just Recruit Singapore Pte. Ltd.

Salary
The estimated salary for this position is SGD 2,500 - 3,000 per month, depending on experience.

Job Description

A Food Service Associate is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare for opening and closing of shop;
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously;
  • Clear and reset tables after guests have finished dining;
  • Maintain brand and outlet SOPs to enhance productivity and service quality across all outlets;
  • Ensure compliance to food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards;
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally;

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays;
  • Good customer service skills and a willing attitude to learn;
