Senior Executive/Assistant Manager Organisational Development

Job Title: Senior Executive/Assistant Manager Organisational Development
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be part of the Organisational Development department in SIA Human Resources, driving productivity and organisational effectiveness. As an advisor to business units, you will provide expertise on manpower planning related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Business Units to re-design organisational structures and provide advisory on manpower requests
- Identify opportunities for re-organisation, focusing on areas with potential synergies or high administrative work
- Coordinate the annual Manpower Budgeting Exercise to review the organisation's manpower needs
- Oversee the maintenance of organisation structure and positions in Success Factor
- Liaise with Payrolls to run budget cost planning for the next Financial Year
- Ensure accuracy of workforce metrics for reporting
Requirements:
- Possess a University Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience in HR manpower planning and organisational development in a commercial organisation
- Experience in organisational design in a consultancy is a plus
- Able to work independently, manage competing priorities and work well under pressure
- Highly numerate and meticulous
- Sharp and keen eye to spot discrepancies and potential anomalies
- Analytical and able to interpret data and provide valuable insights
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff from all levels and a team player
