Senior IT Quality Professional

The Senior IT Quality Analyst plays a pivotal role in ensuring the development and improvement of processes and workflows within the IT Quality function. This seasoned professional applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge to contribute to the growth of new techniques and enhance existing ones. By integrating subject matter expertise with industry insights, this individual drives the integration of areas within the sub-function and contributes to the objectives of the function and overall business.

This critical role evaluates moderately complex and variable issues that have substantial potential impact. The Senior IT Quality Analyst develops an approach or takes action by weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations using multiple sources of information. Strong analytical skills are required to filter, prioritize, and validate complex and dynamic material from multiple sources.

Effective communication and diplomacy skills are essential to exchange complex information. This role regularly assumes informal/formal leadership roles within teams, involves coaching and training new recruits, and has significant impact through influencing decisions through advice, counsel, and/or facilitating services to others in the area of specialization.

Responsibilities may include initiatives related to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process and product rollout into production, making recommendations for solutions and improvements. Software quality assurance testing may also be involved. The Senior IT Quality Analyst conducts complex process monitoring, product evaluation, and audit assignments; reports issues and makes recommendations for solutions.

Key responsibilities include ensuring project standards and procedures exist, are fully/documented and followed throughout the software development life cycle; making recommendations for enhanced documentation. Monitoring products for conformance to standards; monitoring processes for conformance to procedures; identifying risks and recommending solutions; ensuring annual organizational reviews of standards and procedures are conducted.

Other key responsibilities include documenting findings and performing root cause analyses to provide recommended improvements. Independently recommending solutions and improvements to existing standards and procedures; collaborating with other areas in technology to develop new standards and procedures.

• 9+ years of experience in an IT Quality role
• Flexcube background with in-depth knowledge on Oracle DB and associated handling
• Extensive work experience in File management
• Efficient in designing queries for complex data requirements
• Exposure to Fast Framework
• Expertise in Automation at all layers, Selenium with Java-BDD Framework, REST API testing, SQL/Oracle, and JUnit Testing Frameworks
• Experience with at least one Scripting language – Unix/Linux Shell, VBScript, Perl, or Python
• Managed Test Support Services like Test Data Management, Service Virtualization, and Test Environment Management
• Should have experience in designing and developing advanced Test Automation Frameworks
