Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Quality Engineer. This role involves developing and implementing quality strategies, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process and yield enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • New Product Analysis: Develop strategic quality plans for new products/processes in development, analyze product and process data to identify areas for improvement, and conduct Ppk/Cpk studies to set up product control.
  • Client Quality Feedback Management: Evaluate actions' effectiveness on new and mass product defect feedback, perform initial failure analysis on customer-returned samples, and manage customer complaints and implement corrective/preventive actions.
  • Customer Audits and Continuous Improvement: Verify the effectiveness of solutions and drive continuous improvement initiatives, organize and prepare functions for customer audits, and support third-party audits/ISO audits if required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Material Science, Quality Assurance, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in quality capacity.
  • Relevant experience with QC core tools, 8D reporting, knowledge of ISO 9001/TS 16949, and QMS auditing experience.
  • Familiarity with basic G&T statistical tools (e.g., Minitab).
