UX Designer for Impactful Digital Products

We seek a seasoned UX Designer to spearhead the creation of user-centric digital solutions that cater to core users' needs. This role involves leading and participating in the UX design process from ideation to launch for projects in their discovery stage.

  • Develop high-quality design deliverables based on research findings.
  • Conduct user research activities to understand users' goals, pain points, behavior, and needs.
  • Design the overall structure and behavior of the system, information flows, and workflows.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer, particularly in 0-to-1 projects.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and/or similar.
  • Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in Government projects/Public facing projects will be an added advantage.
