Household Operations Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Household Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our household. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the household staff, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and events, and maintaining the highest level of service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of domestic staff, including maids, cleaners, gardeners, and outside vendors.
- Review and schedule daily tasks to ensure timely completion and attention to detail.
- Provide clear guidance and support to staff to address any challenges or issues that may arise.
- Maintain high standards of service quality and ensure prompt response to homeowner's needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in '5 star' hotel management or equivalent.
- Experience working with VIPs is an advantage.
- Service excellence and attention to details like those of personal butlers.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong team player with leadership skills and ability to multitask.
