We are seeking a senior software engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design and delivery of a high-volume, performance-intensive back-office system for an Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) system.Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent;
  • At least 5–7 years of relevant experience in software design, development, and maintenance, preferably with high-volume, performance-intensive systems such as Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) or similar transactional systems;
  • Proficient in software development lifecycle (SDLC) documentation (business rules, SRS, architecture, design specs, testing specs, manuals); strong skills in backend development and system support; experience with requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to liaise with users and provide technical support; strong documentation and organizational skills;
