Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Officer to join our team at People Profilers. As a key member of our compliance function, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

In this role, you will be in charge of formulating and revising our internal control programs related to security trade control. This includes general management of security trade control throughout the company, providing information concerning instructions, liaison, requirements, and more.

You will also be responsible for managing export control-related processes in SAP, including material legal control confirmation, material control flag and unflag process. Additionally, you will manage concerned end-user list notifications and verification follow-ups, submit reports to headquarters on related topics, and conduct export control training periodically.

Furthermore, you will provide guidance and assistance to subsidiaries and affiliates, support and conduct audits when necessary. You will also handle legal-related matters, including contract review and management, legal training to the business unit, managing compliance issues related to data privacy, anti-bribery, and anti-trust, conducting legal audits, and managing internal rules.

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in a legal field, international business, business administration, supply chain management, or equivalent is required. At least 5 years of experience in dealing with trade compliance is essential. Some experience working in law firms or as an in-house legal professional, reviewing contracts, and managing business contracts is also necessary. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as the ability to multitask and self-motivate, are essential skills for this role.
